Warning: Domain Name Invoice Registation Scam

Received correspondence from a group calling themselves "Domain Name Group" in what looks like an invoice when in fact it is not.

The Domain Name Group has harvested domain name contacts from people that have a (dot).com.au   and are selling out a (dot).net.au domain names that are similar to the (dot).com.au domain name. They are charging $245.00 for this domain name registration.  Normal domain name registrations are in fact around $20.00 for two years not $245.00

The Fact that their unsolicited advertising looks like an invoice is designed to mislead customers into thinking that their domain name is up for renewal when t is not.

This is highly unethical and we have reported this to Consumer Affairs
